Quantum Recoup Engine LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax adviser, accounting firm, or law firm. Portfolio State Governor, KAIQROS™, and AFIRA™ are hosted software, workflow, governance, service-record, and decision-support tools.
No execution authority
The controlled release does not connect to brokerage accounts, collect brokerage credentials, place orders, use market orders, or act autonomously. Human approval remains required.
No guaranteed outcomes
No product guarantees profit, accuracy, performance, risk reduction, compliance, tax results, legal results, or business success.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for data quality, rules, thresholds, decisions, and independent verification and should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
Controlled pilot terms
- Applications are reviewed manually and may be declined.
- Access requires a valid identity and current legal acceptance.
- Product entitlement and KAIQROS™ / AFIRA™ mode assignments are required.
- Access may be limited, suspended, revoked, or completed.
- Usage, service-delivery, support, feedback, and revocation records may be preserved.
- Pilot pricing, sponsorship, or consideration must be documented separately.
AI and automation
The controlled Portfolio State Governor MVP uses deterministic server-side logic. Live external AI-provider processing is disabled for this workflow. If AI-assisted functionality is activated later, outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, stale, or unsuitable and will remain subject to human review and updated privacy/terms.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, disclose, sell, or misuse proprietary source code, prompts, formulas, models, thresholds, workflows, or evidence systems. Users may not attempt to bypass login, legal, entitlement, mode, session, rate-limit, or security controls.
Downloadable KAIQROS™ and AFIRA™ software is not currently offered. A separate software license and acquisition record will apply when genuine Class 009 products are released.
