Portfolio State Governor is offered as a controlled hosted-service experience. Access is manual, entitlement-based, revocable, and human-reviewed.

Class 009 remains separate

No downloadable KAIQROS or AFIRA software is offered through this pilot application. Any future downloadable product will require its own versioning, acquisition, download, installation, and evidence workflow.
