Is it investment advice?
No. The service produces user-directed workflow and governance records. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, brokerage, dealer, fiduciary, or other professional advice.
Does it place trades?
No. The controlled release does not connect to brokerage accounts, collect brokerage credentials, place orders, use market orders, or act autonomously.
Do I need ChatGPT?
No. Customers and pilots use QuantumRecoup.com accounts only. No personal ChatGPT account or customer-provided AI API key is required.
Does the current workflow send my data to an external AI provider?
No. The controlled Portfolio State Governor MVP uses deterministic server-side logic. External AI-provider processing remains disabled for this workflow.
How do pilots work?
Pilot access is limited and manually approved. Login, current legal acceptance, a product entitlement, both required KAIQROS™ and AFIRA™ modes, and active session controls must pass.
What data should I provide?
Use generalized percentages, user-defined limits, and non-confidential context. Do not provide passwords, brokerage credentials, account numbers, private statements, or unnecessary sensitive data.
What records are created?
The service may record identity, legal acceptance, entitlement, mode assignment, session, review input, generated summaries, service delivery, support, feedback, and revocation events.
Will this make me money?
No outcome is promised. Markets and data can change, software can be wrong, and users remain responsible for all decisions.
Are downloadable applications available?
Not currently. KAIQROS™ and AFIRA™ Class 009 products will not be offered until real versioned packages, download controls, acquisition records, installation tests, support, and legal review are complete.
