Logs help KAIQROS™ understand what works, what fails, and where guardrails need to be stronger. This page summarises how those logs are treated.
What is collected during pilot?
Depending on the wave and tooling, the system may collect:
- High-level portfolio metrics (for example, allocation by sleeve or symbol class).
- Automation suggestions and whether you accepted, modified, or rejected them.
- Timestamps, configuration choices, and anonymised performance summaries.
How logs are used
Logs are used to debug, improve guardrails, and understand which behaviours actually help. They are not used to sell user data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymised statistics may be used to explain how the system behaves over time.
Where data lives
Data may be stored with reputable hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, and AI platforms that help operate the system. As the platform evolves, the specific infrastructure may change, but the emphasis on logs and guardrails will not.
Retention
Logs are retained only as long as needed for debugging, research, and safety review. When a pilot wave ends, data associated with that wave may be archived or deleted according to internal policies and any commitments made to participants.
Your options
If you participate in a pilot and later want to understand what data is stored about your usage, you can email privacy@quantumrecoup.com. A best effort will be made to respond within a reasonable time frame.
Third-party tools
Basic analytics and error-reporting tools may be used to understand traffic and failures. These tools may place cookies or collect technical information such as browser type and device. Dark patterns and deceptive tracking are not part of the design.
Changes to this page
As Quantum Recoup Engine LLC grows, this page will evolve. Material changes will be timestamped and, when appropriate, announced to pilot participants.
