The controlled release uses account, access, legal, service, and security records to operate KAIQROS™ and AFIRA™ with traceability and human oversight.

Data minimized
The initial Portfolio State Governor workflow is designed for percentages, user-defined thresholds, and generalized context. Do not submit account numbers, credentials, Social Security numbers, or private statements.
Current AI-provider treatment
The controlled deterministic workflow does not send Portfolio State Governor pilot inputs to an external AI provider and does not require a customer ChatGPT account or personal API key.
Model training
Quantum Recoup Engine LLC does not use controlled-pilot content to train public foundation models. Any future provider or training change requires an updated notice before activation.
Retention
Pilot applications that do not become active are generally retained for up to 24 months. Security and technical records are generally retained for up to 24 months. Legal acceptance, entitlement, service-delivery, payment, and evidence records may be retained for up to seven years after the relationship ends when needed for contracts, audits, disputes, tax, trademark, or other legal obligations.
Deletion and export
Requests for access, correction, export, or deletion may be sent to privacy@quantumrecoup.com. Requests are subject to identity verification and may be limited when records must be preserved for security, contract, tax, dispute, regulatory, or legal purposes.
Subprocessors and hosting
Hosting, email delivery, security, and infrastructure providers may process limited data needed to operate the service. Quantum Recoup Engine LLC remains responsible for its own access and retention controls.
Security
Controls include HTTPS, private secret storage outside the public web root, login, legal acceptance, entitlement, mode, session, audit, and revocation gates. No system is guaranteed secure.
Third-party data
Do not submit confidential or personal data belonging to another person unless you are authorized and the data is necessary for the approved workflow.
